The attraction of Nantucket is the fact not much variations. Luckily for us, the historic cobblestone downtown, the little rose-coated S'conset cottages, the timeless beach locations — They are all nevertheless here. But as locals mark the 200th anniversary of the sinking in the Nantucket whaling ship Essex and cannibalism over the higher seas, I
